You also need to make sure that your task identification is not just limited to the physical aspect of construction. Do not be too optimistic or ambitious with the timing as there is always a possibility of error even under the best circumstances. If you set a schedule without realistic timing, you will find yourself cutting corners and overlooking serious hazards.
