And he also stressed the importance of a zero-tolerance approach to bias-motivated incidents on job sites.<\/p>\n<h5><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Deryl_McKissacks_Perspective\"><\/span><b>Deryl McKissack&#8217;s Perspective<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h5>\n<p>Deryl McKissack, CEO of McKissack &amp; McKissack, asserts that owners and contractors should be held accountable if they are aware of such incidents but fail to act. But despite encountering disrespect and discrimination in her career, Deryl McKissack remains resilient.
