Crawler Excavators represent the majority of hydraulic excavators, their chassis is equipped with a crawler transmission. A crawler excavator consists of a chassis equipped with tracks on which is mounted a turret capable of rotating 360 degrees. The chassis is an X-shaped structure that receives the displacement members and supports the turret. The turret includes the operator's cabin, the engine and the hydraulic systems.
Small crawler excavators are called minipelles or midipelles.
Apart from its primary function (digging earth, in projects of sanitation or construction for example), a crawler excavator has greater traction and better maneuverability for very difficult terrain. They are also suitable for clearing work (collecting trees, bushes, weeds, etc.). Its rolling system allows it to move through undulating areas (CAT 310-320) and its great power and agility (CAT 320-330) take it to steep areas, difficult to access.
A crawler excavator has the same forward and backward speed. Depending on the size of the machine, the speed varies in a range of 0.8 to 1.6 km / h.
The main selection criteria for a hydraulic excavator are its operating size and weight, bucket capacity, bucket loading and dumping height, maximum digging depth and penetration and pulling force.
Taking into account the demand of our customers, we offer a wide range of models of track excavators including 330BL, 325BL, 325DL, 330DL’s, 345DL, 320CL, 322CL, 330L, 320DL, 320BL, 320L, 322BL, 330CL, 345BL, 345CL, EL200, EL70, Hitachi : EX200-1, EX400-1 and UHO7-7. Our comprehensive range of crawler excavators for mining, demolition and civil engineering offers efficient cycle times, optimal uptime and a sturdy undercarriage. We ensure that the machine suits you the best. For residential construction, general construction, rental industry, engineering, railroad construction and preliminary terrain work, the mid-range models are easy to use and compact, with excellent visibility and capacities to increase power and lift loads.
