When it comes to transporting heavy machinery, you need to be very careful and make sure that the equipment is secured properly so it would not be damaged during the transport. Recently, we at MY Equipment shipped a 2008 Caterpillar motor grader to our client from our yard in Houston, Texas. Our heavy machinery transport specialist Steve went to great lengths to make sure that all the paperwork necessary for the transportation was acquired along with the insurance documents before the shipment. Because at my equipment we prioritize our customer’s satisfaction and always make sure that everything is insured before dispatching the machinery.

Steve analysed the size and dimensions of the 2008 CAT 160M motor grader and decided that shipping it on a flatbed trailer truck would be appropriate. He made some calls before arriving at the yard so that the grader was already loaded onto the truck by the time he arrived.

Once the grader was loaded onto the flatbed trailer, he made sure that it was secured properly with chains so that the equipment won’t move and get damaged during the transportation.

Take a look at how securely the Motor grader was loaded and strapped for transportation.

The grader reached its destination safely and securely due to the measures taken by Steve and our team to guarantee safe transportation of the machine.

We at my equipment always ensure the safe transportation of heavy machinery purchased by our customers. Ensuring that our customers are satisfied is our top priority, so, you can rely on us when you are looking to purchase used construction equipment.
