Which Equipment Will Develon Present At ConExpo 2026? Industry Update

With the support of parent company HD Hyundai, Develon is using ConExpo 2026 as a platform to showcase its equipment technology’s future directions, in addition to showcasing machines. The event will take place in Las Vegas from March 3 to 7, 2026. The company’s focus on productivity, uptime, and smarter jobsite performance is evident in everything from enhanced fuel efficiency to sophisticated safety and operator-assist systems.

Next-gen excavators are for the North American market for now

The Develon booth’s next-generation excavators, which have already begun to garner interest around the world, will be one of the main attractions. At the Seoul Mobility Show earlier in 2025, HD Hyundai gave a preview of the 24-metric-ton DX240 excavator. Later, it was confirmed that this model, which will be marketed as the DX230, is slated to launch in North America in April 2026.

Develon claims that these next-generation vehicles improve fuel efficiency by about 20%, which is a significant improvement for fleets looking to reduce operating expenses.

In addition to saving fuel, the new excavators have a number of smart technologies and electro-hydraulic controls that increase accuracy and safety.

Excavators might be the main attraction, but Develon’s ConExpo 2026 exhibit will cover much more ground. The business intends to showcase a number of newly manufactured pieces of equipment that are suitable for a variety of tasks, such as compact jobsite work and earthmoving.

The DD130 dozer, a 15-metric-ton device with a 157-horsepower engine, is one of them. 

In this model, Develon has prioritized operator visibility and control, combining electro-hydraulic controls with an extensive array of standard features intended to enhance efficiency and comfort.

The DTL35 compact track loader, powered by a 115-horsepower Develon D34 engine, will also be part of the lineup of compact equipment. This machine is ideal for contractors who depend on multipurpose equipment because it is built to be versatile, supports high-flow auxiliary hydraulics, and can easily manage frequent attachment changes.

The DX100W-7, which Develon refers to as its first mini wheeled excavator for the North American market, is another noteworthy addition. Despite its small size, the machine has a 100-horsepower engine and features that are usually found in larger excavators. It is ideal for urban and roadwork applications where mobility is important, with a top travel speed of up to 24 mph.

Will Develon present a live demo of the newly launched equipment?

At ConExpo 2026, Develon is also focusing on participation. Every day of the show, attendees will have the chance to witness live equipment demonstrations, including wheel loaders, dozers, and crawler excavators for sale in operation. The purpose of these demonstrations is to provide guests with a closer look at machine performance under actual operating circumstances.

As part of the Develon Operator Experience, Develon will provide interactive operation areas where attendees can test compact track loaders and mini excavators for those who want a more hands-on experience. These tasks are designed to demonstrate machine responsiveness and provide operators with an opportunity to learn how to operate the controls.

Additionally, the exhibit will feature virtual reality and mixed reality simulators so that visitors can participate in virtual maintenance and operation training. Develon’s increasing investment in digital solutions for operator education and equipment support is reflected in these tools.

With a strong mix of new technology, proven equipment, and interactive experiences, Develon’s booth at the Festival Grounds, located at F32054, is shaping up to be a key stop for contractors and fleet managers attending ConExpo-Con/Agg 2026.
